In 1981, my wife Ann and I made the decision to move away from the cold temperatures of Riverview, Michigan to sell real estate on Sanibel Island. I have been a full-time broker on Sanibel for over 24 years. During that period, I have participated in over 200 million in Sanibel and Captiva real estate sales including beachfront estates, Gulf-front condominiums, canal homes and vacant lots.
