I like to watch the Sanibel Island and Captiva Island real estate market on a daily basis and try to pick the "Best Deals" and see how fast they sell. My "Picks" aren't all our company listings, in fact most are usually listed through other companies, but I just like to put my experience in the Sanibel Real Estate market to the test and see how I do.

By now we all realize the real estate market is in a challenging position so it's an ongoing process to keep apprised of market changes, which have been almost on a daily basis. We also have to add into the daily challenges in the Sanibel Real Estate market the fact that Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a seperate entity of mostly vacation and second homes in a very limited geographical area. The fact that Sanibel and Captiva are world famous vacation destinations adds to our unique market challenges.
